From a first period through menopause
Contraception, annual wellness visits, pap tests, perimenopause care, preconception, and more. Our midwives care for your reproductive health outside of pregnancy.
From midwives to MAs, our all-female team has decades of combined experience providing comprehensive pregnancy and gynecology care. We are able to see clients as early as their first period all the way through menopause. We care about your health as a whole person, including your physical needs and mental well-being. Our team practices trauma-informed care and provides evidence-based recommendations. We strive for you to feel comfortable, seen, heard, and respected in every interaction.
Quilted Midwives is a group practice. Throughout the course of your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, you'll see different midwives.
Midwifery care is medically appropriate for about 90% of pregnancies and many common reproductive health needs. The Quilted Midwives provide care independently and offer many services in-house, including ultrasounds, prescriptions, and mental health care. If complications or other needs arise, our team works collaboratively with a variety of healthcare professionals to ensure you get the care you need.
Midwives are experts in reproductive health, and that means our care doesn't stop after a pregnancy. Come visit us for annual wellness visits, common gynecological concerns like UTIs and pelvic pain, contraception and cycle control, or perimenopause concerns.
Midwives are licensed clinicians trained in pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and gynecologic care. If you need obstetric support at any point, we have OB partners we turn to right away.

The Quilted Midwives provide delivery services at The Birth Place in Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane. We are here to support your birth wishes, from low-intervention births to planned cesareans.
